Prior to joining Qoncert, Tom spent 4 years as a Senior Network Manager, Solutions Architect, & Technical Expert. He attended University of Maryland where he achieved a Bachelor of Science and Computer Science. He also went on to obtain a Master of Science in Network Architectures from Capella University.
